Le célèbre cinéaste américain David Lynch a publié il y a un peu plus d'un an Catching the big fish, un essai sur son processus créatif, un processus basé principalement sur la méditation.Je ne ferai pas de critique, puisqu'il s'agit d'un livre plutôt délicat à commenter. Toutefois, je me permettrai de dire qu'il s'agit d'un ouvrage essentiel pour ceux qui ont non seulement besoin de se recentrer spirituellement, mais surtout pour ceux qui ont besoin de raviver leur créativité.
